Plantation drive comes to an end in Bokajan

BOKAJAN, July 7: Ending the weeklong Van Mahotsava, the Bokajan Range under East Division Forest took out plantation drive at Paklangso Nambor Adorsha. The weeklong Van Mahotsava started on July 1 and ended on Thursday across the country.
The plantation drive started in the morning at around 11 am and soon after that an awareness meeting on forest conservation was held with the villagers present.
Ranger, Bokajan Range, Nickson Ronghang; Shakti Kendra in-charge, Nashing Ronghang and other local leaders participated in the plantation drive. During the plantation drive various species of tree saplings were planted.
