SAKHI-one stop centre inaugurated by Morigaon DC

HT CorrespondentMORIGAON, April 4: SAKHI-one stop centre under the initiative of district Social Welfare department, Morigaon was formally inaugurated by the deputy commissioner Prakash Ranjan Gharphalia in the premises of Morigaon Civil Hospital on Monday. The deputy commissioner Prakash Ranjan Gharphalia inaugurated the centre in the presence of ADC Arundhuti Nipun Narah, joint director of Health Fani Pathak, DSWO Santosh Kutum, superintendent of MCH Dr Arun Kumar Nath, doctors, co-ordinators of the one stop centre, Poshan Abhiyaan, PMMVY, MSK, supervisors and nurses. The SAKHI-one stop centre was set up with an aim to provide shelter to the oppressed women.
