MORIGAON, Nov 3: With an aim to aware people on cyber-crime incident, a meeting cum awareness programme was organised by the State Bank of India (SBI), Morigaon branch on Tuesday at Morigaon Press Club.
To create public awareness for integrated banking ombudsman and various financial frauds through mass publicity, the meeting was organised here.
In the awareness programme, the customers were advised not to share any confidential details to anyone over phone or social media, click on any link received over SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
In case of any emergencies, customers were advised to contact SBI contact centre at 1800-1234 or 1800-2100 or cyber-crime helpdesk at 1930.
The meeting was conducted as per RBI directive in connection with Nationwide Customer Awareness Program.
