JORHAT, Dec 22: A man identified as Sagar Kumar of Purnia district in Bihar was caught red-handed on Monday by a Jorhat rider patrol team while allegedly attempting to snatch a bag from a woman in Jorhat.

Police sources said items including a screwdriver, a master key commonly used for stealing motorcycles, and a sharp, pointed screw buckle were recovered from his possession.
