BOKAJAN: A sudden thunderstorm in Bokajan, particularly near CCI, has uprooted trees and broken tree branches that fell on the road. Broken tree branches further blocked NH 39 for several hours obstructing traffic of private vehicles and commercial carriers.
The fire service department of Bokajan cleared the road’s traffic obstruction and restored communication.

The thunderstorm has also disrupted electricity, and blown away roofs and houses in some areas however there is no report of any casualties.
