GUWAHATI, Feb 18: Axis Bank and IndiGo have partnered to introduce co-branded credit cards aimed at offering travel and lifestyle benefits to customers.
The two variants — IndiGo Axis Bank Credit Card and IndiGo Axis Bank Premium Credit Card — are designed to reward spending through IndiGo’s loyalty programme, IndiGo BluChip.

The cards allow customers to earn BluChips on eligible transactions, with accelerated rewards on purchases made through IndiGo channels.
Both cards provide welcome and renewal benefits, milestone rewards, lounge access, dining offers, entertainment discounts and reduced forex markup depending on the variant.
The standard IndiGo Axis Bank Credit Card, priced at ₹799 plus GST, is targeted at retail customers and focuses on everyday spending rewards.
The premium variant, priced at ₹5,000 plus GST, is designed for affluent customers seeking enhanced travel privileges.
The cards will be available on both RuPay and Visa networks.
Arnika Dixit, President and Head – Cards, Payments and Wealth Management at Axis Bank, said the partnership aims to combine banking and travel benefits to deliver greater value for both occasional travellers and frequent flyers.
Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer at IndiGo, said the collaboration is intended to enhance the airline’s loyalty ecosystem by enabling customers to convert everyday spending into travel rewards.
