GUWAHATI, June 17 – Mamta Saikia, the Chief Executive Officer of Bharti Foundation, has been recognized as one of India’s Most Trusted Leaders by Great Place to Work. This prestigious recognition acknowledges Mamta’s exemplary leadership and contributions in the social sector.  Her aim to build a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the organization, has led to co-creation of goals where every individual in organization is empowered to contribute towards bringing in excellence in the Foundation’s programs.

Bharti Foundation has been awarded CSR Foundation of the Year by CSRBox, ET Ascent ‘Stars of the Industry’ Award for Support & Improvement of Quality of Education and recognized among the ‘Top 100 India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022’ by Great Place to Work among many other accolades. These wins are a testimony of Mamta’s visionary leadership that speak volumes about her strategic thought and her role in enhancing system efficiency and quality standards of the organization. Under her able guidance, the Foundation has been able to bring smiles in the lives of more than 2 million children in the academic year 2022-23.

Under Mamta’s leadership, Bharti Foundation has successfully launched a new initiative in April 2023, TheTeacherApp. It has been designed to empower educators through an online platform to learn, engage and explore new skills. With a focus on fostering collaboration, innovation, and holistic school transformation, the platform offers practical resources, NEP-inspired ideas, and a supportive online teaching community for exchanging ideas and best practices of schools.
