These wins are a testimony of Mamta’s visionary leadership that speak volumes about her strategic thought and her role in enhancing system efficiency and quality standards of the organization. Under her able guidance, the Foundation has been able to bring smiles in the lives of more than 2 million children in the academic year 2022-23.

Under Mamta’s leadership, Bharti Foundation has successfully launched a new initiative in April 2023, TheTeacherApp. It has been designed to empower educators through an online platform to learn, engage and explore new skills. With a focus on fostering collaboration, innovation, and holistic school transformation, the platform offers practical resources, NEP-inspired ideas, and a supportive online teaching community for exchanging ideas and best practices of schools.
