GUWAHATI, Dec 17: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) launched its first Company Owned Toyota Used Car Outlet (TUCO) in Northeast India in Guwahati, on Tuesday.
This is the third such outlet in India under the “Toyota U-Trust” brand, the first two outlets being at Bangaluru and Delhi respectively, an official statement said.

TUCO outlets serve as a comprehensive platform for customers seeking certified pre-owned Toyota vehicles.
Each vehicle undergoes a rigorous 203-point inspection adhering to Toyota’s global standards.
“Additionally, the inspection includes meticulous documentation checks, such as service history verification”, the statement further said.
To enhance the ownership experience, TUCO certified vehicles come with a warranty of up to 30,000 kilometers or two years, and three complimentary services, redeemable at any Toyota service centre nationwide, it further stated.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor entered the used car business in 2022 with the launch of its first facility in Bengaluru, becoming the first auto manufacturer in India to offer fully OEM-refurbished used cars.
