JSW steel dealers meet held

GUWAHATI, July 3: India’s largest steel producing Company JSW Steel’s exclusive distributor for North East India, Surendra Steels Pvt Ltd had organised a dealers meet in Guwahati.

Surendra Bharech and Pradeep Bharech, directors of Surendra Steels Pvt Ltd, Nirmal Uday, (senior VP, JSW Steel Coated) & Naba Jyoti Sarmah, ASM North East, AtriyaBanik and Sanjay Pandey started of the proceedings with lighting of the lamp.

This was followed by a welcome speech by Surendra Bharech and Pradeep Bharech and a presentation on JSW Steel by Sahil Bharech and Siddharth Bharech showcasing the growth of company’s production from 1.6 million tones per annum in year 2002 to 28 million tones per annum present production capacity. JSW Group, US$ 23 Billion conglomerate is also present in the sectors of cement, paints, energy, infrastructure and sports apart from being the market leader in steel.

Nirmal Uday further highlighted the achievements and future plans of JSW Steel, and spoke about the various products- JSW Everglow, JSW Colouron+, Pragati+colour coated roofing sheets & JSW Vishwas+ galvalume roofing sheets. He also appreciated the efforts of three generations of Surendra Steels family which over the last three decades has established JSW Steel as one of the market leaders in North-East.

Over 275 dealers from the states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura attended the grand meet, who were all felicitated with Phulam Gamosa and gifts and top performing dealers were also presented with special awards and gifts. This was followed by a cultural programme and dinner.
