GUWAHATI, Feb 24: Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has launched its Digital Location Management Solution (DLMS), a centralized hyperlocal platform aimed at strengthening the Bank’s digital visibility and seamlessly guiding customers from online searches to physical branches, ATMs and Banking Note Acceptors (BNAs).
The DLMS platform provides dedicated microsites for every PNB branch, ATM and BNA across the country.
Accessible via https://locate.pnb.bank.in, the solution ensures accurate, verified and uniform location information across major digital publishers such as Google, Google Maps, DuckDuckGo, Brave, Ecosia and Waze, as well as AI-driven platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
Each individual microsite is integrated with its respective Google Business Profile (GBP) and serves as an authentic source of information.
Customers can access details such as branch address, contact information, IFSC code, business hours, directions, and ongoing offers and schemes.
To enhance accessibility and regional outreach, the microsites are available in eight languages, enabling customers across India to access banking information in their preferred language.
The DLMS platform also incorporates QR-based review mechanisms and structured location data management, helping improve customer engagement and online discoverability.
With this initiative, PNB aims to strengthen its “phygital” banking model by integrating digital discovery with physical service touchpoints, ensuring a more seamless and reliable customer experience.
