Guwahati, May 2: A man from Guwahati’s Ganeshguri area, Partha Purkayastha, 35, has been reported missing for three days. The missing person report was filed by his family at Bhagaduttapur Police Outpost.
Described as short and medium-complexioned with black hair, Purkayastha was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white shirt. He was reported missing since 6:15 pm on Monday, April 29.

Purkayastha was employed at SSB Automobiles Pvt Ltd in Guwahati’s Khanapara. In February, he reportedly had an account-related issue with four to five unidentified men. On the day he disappeared, he received a call asking him to come to Ganeshguri market and has not been seen since.
