HOJAI, Aug 22: Following the directive of the Assam State Legal Services Authority (ASLSA), the District Legal Services Authority of Hojai is set to organise a National Lok Adalat at Sankardev Nagar in Hojai district on September 9, 2023. The National Lok Adalat aims to facilitate the prompt resolution of various cases that fall under the jurisdiction of judicial courts, encompassing criminal, civil, family, motor accident claims, tribunal, check bounce, and revenue cases, among others. Importantly, these resolutions are provided at no cost to the involved parties.
The District Legal Services Authority of Hojai has extended an appeal to the citizens of Hojai district, urging them to actively cooperate and participate in the forthcoming National Lok Adalat.
