ABSU urges Govt to extend special package for flood affected Sikkim

KOKRAJHAR, Oct 7: The All Bodo Students Union (ABSU)
expressed condolences to the lives lost due to the devastating
flood in Sikkim.
In a press statement on Saturday, the ABSU president Dipen
Boro and general secretary Khanindra Basumatary said that the
natural calamities have been causing devastation to the state of
Sikkim.

The students’ union appealed to the Union Government to
provide special package to the state and its denizens and to
expedite the rescue operations.
The students union extended it’s solidarity and cooperation in
this need of the hour to the people of Sikkim.
