Media Trust Assam felicitates Jayanta Baruah

NALBARI, June 15: Jayanta Baruah founder of Braille Hemkosh is felicitated on Thursday in Guwahati at conference hall of The Pratidin Office by Media Trust of Assam Guwahati.

Addressing the felicitation function, Ramani Barman executive trustee of Media Trust, Assam said that “Braille Hemkosh”secured top record in Guinness Book in the world to enlighten the blind student, as both English and Assamese languages have been availed in Braille Hemkosh, and the blind students of various countries would be getting scope of learning.

The president of Media Trust, Assam, senior journalist Prasantajyati Baruah delivered a lecture on importance of Braille Hemkosh.

Jayanta Baruah was felicitated with Gamocha, Japi, Citation Patra, and valuable books by Prasantajyati Baruah, senior trustee Dilip Sarma, Dilip chandan, and Ramani Barman, Media Trust’s Allumni’s Association’s secy Navajit Bhagabati ,and employee Narakanta Haloi accompanied the group.
