RESUBELPARA, Feb 21: Special Expenditure Observer, Meghalaya B. Murali Kumar, IRS (retd) on Tuesday met the district Nodal officers along with the District Magistrate, ADC, SP, micro observers, Expenditure Observer and other enforcement agencies stationed in the district.

During his meeting, the Special Expenditure Observer discussed thread bare on the election preparedness in the district wherein he stressed on the need to activate more SST and FST teams in order to check any violation of the model code of conduct for free and fair election.
