Guwahati, Aug 9: Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) hosted an exciting football league that kicked off on July 31 and concluded with a thrilling finale. The event took place at the AAI 51 colony and witnessed enthusiastic participation from various teams, including Guwahati International Airport Limited (GIAL), CISF, Indigo Airlines, AAI, and other airlines. The football league brought together employees from different airlines, AAI, CISF, and GIAL, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendly competition within the aviation community of LGBIA.
Indigo Airlines emerged as the champions in the final, showcasing an impressive performance throughout the tournament. The event not only displayed the participants’ football skills but also highlighted their sportsmanship and unity.
