The report is expected to play a crucial role in corroborating the cause and circumstances of the singer’s demise.

CID Additional Director General Munna Prasad Gupta confirmed that a special expert committee has been constituted at GMCH to meticulously cross-check the viscera report against the postmortem findings conducted at the hospital.

“The expert panel will examine both sets of findings in detail to ensure their accuracy and consistency before preparing a consolidated report,” Gupta said.

He further informed that the composite report, integrating insights from both the viscera and postmortem analyses, is scheduled to be submitted to chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma within the next two days.

Investigators have stepped up efforts in the case, and the CID expects that the combined analysis by the GMCH expert committee will provide the clarity needed to determine subsequent actions, including further forensic inquiries and legal proceedings.

The state government and law enforcement agencies have reiterated their commitment to a transparent and thorough investigation, ensuring that justice is served in this high-profile case.
