Heads of Institutions are responsible for the fair and smooth conduct of the exams and must complete all preparations before the start date. Question papers will be collected from the Zonal In-Charge on November 8 between 11.00 AM and 3.00 PM and stored securely at the centres.

Feeder institutions will collect sealed packets as per the Board’s schedule issued today. Each centre must record all distributions to ensure accountability. Question papers will be opened only five minutes before the exams begin.

The Board has warned that any violation of the SOP will invite disciplinary action and urged all institutions to follow procedures strictly to ensure transparency and integrity in the examination process.
