SHILLONG, Nov 4: Director General of Assam Rifles, Vikas Lakhera, emphasized the importance of maintaining the security and sanctity of the Indo-Myanmar border, preparing for contingencies, and addressing future security challenges.
He was addressing the Assam Rifles Inspector General’s Conference 2025, which concluded at the Headquarters Directorate General Assam Rifles in Laitkor in Shillong on Tuesday.
