Singer Bijoy Biswas receives ‘Banga Ratna 2025’ in Kolkata

NAGAON, Dec 30: Bijoy Biswas, a retired planning official and renowned singer from Nagaon was presented with the prestigious ‘Banga Ratna 2025’ award at Sky Fest 2025, held recently at Eden Gardens Park in Kolkata.

The award recognised Biswas as the outstanding multilingual vocalist of the year and was presented by True Brand, Multiplex, Kolkata, West Bengal. During the same event, he was also felicitated as the True Brand of the Year by the institution, acknowledging his significant contribution to music and cultural promotion.
