Speaking on the concluding day of a three-day Field Trainers’ Training programme at the District Agriculture Training Centre, Timung sought to allay public concerns regarding the collection of personal information, stating that all data gathered during the census would remain secure under the custody of Census India.

The training programme was organised to prepare personnel for the upcoming door-to-door household census across the district.

It aimed to equip enumerators and officials with the necessary knowledge and practical skills for the smooth and effective conduct of the exercise.

The District Commissioner participated in the training sessions and interacted with the trainees on various aspects of census operations.

He also appealed to the public to extend full cooperation to census officials to ensure the successful completion of the nationwide exercise.
