NAGAON, Sept 13: Body of one Esha Shiddika (52), a married woman of South Haibargaon RMB road of Nagaon town was found inside her residence on Tuesday morning. The hands as well as feet of the victim woman were tied with rope, sources said.

Being informed, police from Haibargaon outpost rushed to the spot and sent the body of the woman to Nagaon BP Civil Hospital for post-mortem.

Sources from Nagaon police suspect that the woman might have been killed by someone at her residence.

Meanwhile, police of the Haibargaon town outpost, started a preliminary investigation into the incident. No clues of the culprits have been found till the time of filing this report, sources added further.
