Rajnath arrives in Dibrugarh en route to Arunachal

DIBRUGARH, Jan 2: Defence minister Rajnath Singh, who is scheduled to inaugurate the strategically important Siyom Bridge in Arunachal Pradesh’s Siang district on Tuesday, arrived at the Mohanbari Air Force Station in Dibrugarh on Monday evening, en route to the border state. The defence minister will pass the night at the Mohanbari Air Force base and will leave for Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday morning.

Singh will inaugurate the Siyom Bridge and e-inaugurate 27 projects of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) of seven border states along with release of BRO Vision and New Tech Hand book. He will also interact with the local people during his visit.

has been constructed under Project Brahmank by the Border Roads Organisation.
