Guwahati All Set To Host The 7th India Industrial Fair

GUWAHATI, April 20: Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), Purvottar Prant in a press meet at the veterinary ground, Khanapara informed media persons about the preparation of the upcoming Mega National MSME Event in North East with more than 400 stalls from different sectors. Notably, the 7th India Industrial Fair -Udyam 2022 will be held from April 22-25 next.

Manoj Lundia, president Purvottar Prant said, “LUB will be organising the event in partnership with the Industries & Commerce Department, Government of Assam, and MSME – DI. Micro industries representing all the districts of Assam will participate as exhibitors besides others from all around the country.”

Chairman of the event Vivek Agarwal said, “We are conducting multi-modal platform addressing connectivity to different sectors of the business of North East and India to attract investments, especially in manufacturing Sector and market access to the MSME of this region & it shall create a momentous environment of investment in the region. Around 100000 Square feet of Air-conditioned exhibition space is being constructed for the participation of around 400 MSME stalls from across India majorly from North Eastern states. There shall be multi-product & various Live machine displays in the event to address the need of the industries & to witness the technology.”

Ashish Deorah, national joint general secretary informed that Narayan Rane, Union Cabinet minister of MSME along with Himanta Biswa Sarma, chief minister of Assam, and Chandra Mohan Patowary, minister of Industries & Commerce, will grace the opening ceremony on April 22. Moreover, Piyush Goyal, Union Cabinet minister of Industries & Commerce & Textile along with Sampark Adhikary of Laghu Udyog Bharati Dr. Krishna Gopal, will grace the Udyami Sammelan on April 25.
