MARGHERITA, May 19: A health check-up state-of-the-art bus arrived on Friday morning at Thakurbari in Ledo. Huge crowd was seen in front of the mobile bus filled with people arriving for health check-up which includes eyes, teeth, nose and ears check-up for Rs 10, ECG and x-ray at just Rs 20.
The mobile bus is from West Bengal and has arrived at Ledo with various health check-up equipment and comprising a team of 8 people including three doctors from Delhi. The health check-up was organised jointly by Sri Brahmin Mahila Sabha of Tinsukia, Ledo Thakurbari and Oikyotan Cultural Group, Ledo.
The organising committee said that in the health check-up camp, glasses will be given at Rs 20 against an eye check-up which will be for Rs 10.
