ITANAGAR, July 16: Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General K T Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd) has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Shri Morge Ete, former Member of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) and Labour Commissioner.
In a condolence message addressed to Yomken Bagra Ete, wife of the late Morge Ete, the Governor said Arunachal Pradesh, and in particular the Galo community, has lost a revered figure and a true steward of social and cultural values.
Recalling Ete’s contributions, the Governor said he was among the State’s pioneering first-generation officers and served with distinction in various administrative capacities.
“His dedicated service as Labour Commissioner and APPSC Member has left a lasting imprint on the governance and development of Arunachal Pradesh,” the Governor noted.
“In this hour of grief, I join the people of Arunachal Pradesh in offering my heartfelt condolences. May Almighty Donyi Polo grant strength to you and your family to bear this profound and irreparable loss,” the message read.
