JORHAT, April 11: The Jorhat district unit of AASU jointly with Abhigyan Academy, a junior college here will conduct a two-day workshop on April 18 and 19 for students who have appeared for HSLC (Class 10) and Higher Secondary (Class 12) exams on different topics related to the growth and development of a student in the next phase of life.
The workshop will be conducted at the Radha Kanta Handique Bhawan in the Asam Sahitya Sabha headquarters here from 10 am.
Sankalpa Gogoi and Dip Dutta, Jorhat district unit AASU in charge president and general secretary, respectively said that the workshop will impart training to students on how to analyse their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), the significance of classes 10 and 12, how school is different from college, the physical and mental changes that students undergo at this age, how to fix one’s aim in life, note taking, IQ, EQ, SQ, etc.
