The AIRRBEA, as the apex union body of RRBS, is demanding proper manpower planning, amendments to service rules, regularisation of part-time workers, and the correct implementation of pension parity and computer increment.
Both the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank Officers’ Association (AGVBOA) and the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank Employees Association (AGVBEA), as constituents of AIRRBEA, have decided to participate in the strike. Consequently, all offices and branches of the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank will remain closed on Friday.
