JORHAT, Aug 16: Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday dedicated the much-awaited rail overbridge at Na Ali here, the first overbridge in Jorhat, to the people here.

The rail overbridge was a longstanding demand of local people and organisations to ease traffic congestion on the busy road.

CM Sarma after the inauguration of the ROB, launched and laid the bases of a series of projects in the district worth over Rs 300 crore.
