BISWANATH CHARIALI, Dec 8: The Lokra chapter of Assam Rifles observed the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 6 at Baptist Mission College in Sonitpur district. The event featured a collaboration between Assam Rifles and Gyan Jyoti Sonitpur Disabled People’s Organisation, aiming to inspire and empower individuals facing disabilities.
