HAMREN: District mission coordinator, SSA, West Karbi Anglong, Hakim Rongpi on Tuesday visited various schools under Chingthong educational block. Rongpi visited Umdap English LP School and during his inspection interacted with the president of the School Managing Committee (SMC), Sar im Engti and villagers. Rongpi took note of the problems and requirements of the school. He directed the SMC to convene a meeting with parents and guardians as early as possible. He was accompanied by Chingthong block education officer, Hunmili Bongrungpi and accountant of Chinthong Educational Block, Monsing Bey and CRCCs Semson Teron and Daniel Timung.
