KOKRAJHAR, Sept 30: The two days ‘Axomi Xarodiya Mela – 2022’ started from Friday at Kokrajhar Titaguri Irakdao Community Hall in Kokrajhar.
The mela aims to promote and explore the handmade handicraft of the various Self Help Group under Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission (ASRLM) in the district.
Organised by ASRLM Kokrajhar District Mission Management Unit under Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Assam Government, total 32 stalls from five ASRLM Kokrajhar district blocks – Dotma, Kokrajhar, Gossaigaon, Hatidhura and Kachugaon participated and provided colourful artifacts, handloom products and taste of ethnic food from the hands of SHG members.
