AYUS to host 4-day spiritual conference for women

SIVASAGAR, Nov 8: The four-day Adhyatmik Yuva Sanmilan (AYUS), a spiritual orientation programme for women under 45, will be held at Sibsagar University’s Parag Chaliha Stadium from November 13 to 16. The conference, the second of its kind after the 2023 Zengraimukh Conference in Majuli is being organised under the guidance of Sri Sri Dakshinpat Satra Satradhikar Nanigopal Goswami.

The event will feature addresses by prominent spiritual and academic figures, including the Satradhikar Prabhu of Dakshinpat Satra, Basistha Bujarbarua, Prasarak of Asom Kshetra, RSS, Princh Yadav, Satya Prakash Yadav from AIIMS Guwahati, Deva Prasad Mishra, Director of Administrative Staff College, Dr Chandraditya Gogoi, Giniva Goswami, Dr Pradyunma Goshwami and Dr Dibyajyoti Kalita.

Pradyunma Dutta, secretary of AYUS, highlighted the programme’s objective to spiritually orient over 3,000 women, while Mon Rajguru, principal secretary, spoke about the organisation’s efforts to guide the new generation away from disintegrating influences.

Nanigopal Goswami emphasised the divine presence in all living beings and urged participants to unite their collective energy to achieve transformative results. He called for support in promoting moral and spiritual traditions among women.

The conference will also see addresses by Ghana Gogoi, executive president, Nabajyoti Saikia, Rajen Borgohain, Nabajyoti Gogoi, Manoj Kumar Borthakur, Rajani Changkakoti, Dipika Kakoty, Apurba Borthakur and Debabrat Borthakur.
