Baksa achieves highest pass percentage in Science in HS exams

KOKRAJHAR, JUNE 6: Pritam Narzary of Kokrajhar Government College scored highest marks in English subject in the state in the HS final examination 2023 as the result was declared on Tuesday.

Narzary scored 98 marks which has been regarded highest marks and passed the HS final examination in Science by scoring 91.8 pass percentage (459 marks) in first division that brought laurels to the Bodoland region.

Narzary is son of Sri Joydev Narzary and Smt Anamika Narzary of Kokrajhar Hadanpara(Ward no.8).

A student of science, Pritam Narzary plans to take up either Engineering or Medical in his life career.

The college authority, including the principal Dr Banabina Brahma, staffs congratulated and facilitated the student with traditional Aronai.

Meanwhile, Bikash Jyoti Saharia of Rowta in Udalguri district spotted in seventh position in Science.

Saharia’s achivement in the top 10 rank in the state in Science cheered citizens of the Bodoland Territorial Region districts.

Baksa district of Bodoland Territorial Region has achieved highest pass percentage in Science in the state with 95.69 pass percentage and spotted eight spot 80.17 per cent pass in Arts respectively. In Commerce Baksa district was spotted in third with 93.01 per cent in the HS final examinations.

Ansula Ujir has scored highest 95 marks in Bodo (MIL), Pankoj Boro scored 97 marks in Advance Bodo and Hiyamani Khaklari got 100 marks in Agriculture & Horticulture subject.

UN Academy Kokkrajhar (Higher Secondary) scored 99.17 pass percentage in Science and 98.78 pass percentage in Arts respectively in the HS final examinations.

Greenland English HS School, Salbari in Baksa district scripted cent percent pass percentage in both Science and Arts respectively in the HS final examinations.

Chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region, Pramod Boro has extended his congratulations to the rank holders and all the successful candidates of HS examinations.

“Congratulations to the rank holders and all the successful candidates of HS exams. It is a happy moment of pride for BTR as Baksa district topped in the science stream with 95.69% pass percentage”, Boro added.

The All Bodo Students Union and Bodo Sahitya Sabha have also extended warm congratulations to all the students.
