CRPF’s 186 Battalion Welcomes Cyclist Pappu Ram Choudhary on His ‘Shakti Sankalp Safar’ Mission in Namsai

Dibrugarh, 11 May:  186 Battalion CRPF extended a warm welcome in Namsai Arunachal Pradesh at HQ 186 BN CRPF to renowned Rajasthan cyclist Shri Pappu Ram Choudhary, who is undertaking an inspiring journey from India to Mount Everest Base Camp under his ambitious campaign titled ‘Shakti Sankalp Safar’- a 60,000 kms cycling expedition dedicated to environmental sustainability, youth empowerment and social awareness. Flagged off on 25 April 2023, he has successfully covered 42000+ kms, 26+ states and 6 union territories across India.

The campaign reflects the spirit of determination, endurance, fitness and national unity. Through this extraordinary cycling expedition, Shri Pappu Ram Choudhary aims to inspire youth towards physical fitness, mental resilience and patriotic values. He works to empower youth by campaigning against drug abuse, encouraging them to pursue environment safety and healthy life style.

During his interaction with personnel of 186 BN CRPF, His mission rests on three key pillars: he has already planted 33,600 saplings as part of his pledge to plant one lakh trees also planted saplings with 186 BN.

Choudhary said “My goal is not just to conquer Mount Everest. I want every young Indian’s dream to rise higher than Everest itself. Building a healthy, aware, and disciplined India is the true purpose of my journey.”
