DHSK College celebrates closing ceremony of platinum jubilee

DIBRUGARH, Oct 16: A cultural procession was taken out on Saturday by the students of DHSK college on the occassion of closing ceremony of DHSK college platinum jubilee celebration.

The cultural procession was taken out from the college premises. Students wearing traditional attire took part in the procession.

The two-day programme was started with the flag hoisting programme followed by Swahid tarpan.

An ex-students and teachers meet was organised where ex-students of the college shared their experiences during their college days.

Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma would be the chief guest of the open session on October 16.

The governing body of the college in its meeting decided to confer Lakhi Prasad Dutta Memorial Award to Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
