DIPHU, Nov 22: The District Level Yuva Utsav India @ 2047, organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra, Diphu, Karbi Anglong, hosted a Cultural Festival Group Event at Diphu Government College. The event is part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The programme was organised under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, government of Assam.
The college principal, Muazzum Hussain Borbhuya, thanked the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and the government for selecting Diphu Government College to host the event.

The Utsav included competitions such as Science Mela, Young Artists Camp, Young Writers Camp, and Mobile Photography. In the evening, a cultural festival was held featuring invited artists and others. More than 500 students attended the Utsav.
The event was attended by Diphu MLA Bidya Sing Engleng and Member of the Autonomous Council of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Johny Timung, among others.
