BOKAJAN, Feb 11: A camp of the firm Allone Infrastructure Private Limited involved in the construction of the four lane road caught fire at Gautom Basti under Khatkhati police station in Karbi Anglong on Friday evening.

The fire started from unknown sources and spread throughout the camp in an hour. All the occupants managed to escape but the camp and the equipment including the documents, computers, laptops, furniture, AC, inverter and others were destroyed in the fire.

Fire brigades from Bokajan reached the spot but were too late.
