Grand welcome for BJP candidate Bhaskar Sharma

MARGHERITA, March 19: For the third time, Bhaskar Sharma has been given the BJP ticket from the 83rd Margherita Legislative Assembly Constituency in Tinsukia district, creating an uproarious atmosphere at Dibrugarh Airport on his arrival on Thursday afternoon.

Amid political excitement, the arrival of BJP’s candidate, created a festive-like environment. Arriving from Delhi at Dibrugarh Airport, he was welcomed with immense enthusiasm by party workers and supporters.

From Powai railway gate to North Margherita Rangamancha, Bhaskar Sharma, riding in a flower-decorated vehicle, was accompanied by senior BJP leaders and welcomed by thousands of party leaders, workers and well-wishers. He then proceeded to North Margherita Namdang to seek blessings.

Bhaskar Sharma greeted BJP leaders, workers and well-wishers at North Margherita Rangamancha and thanked them for the enthusiastic reception and rally organised on his arrival in Margherita.

While speaking to media persons, Bhaskar Sharma, thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP National president Nitin Nabin, Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, State BJP president Dilip Saikia and other senior leaders for giving him the party ticket for the third time. He expressed confidence that he would win the Assembly election with a huge margin of votes.
