To maintain their fertility for the future, people should think about options like freezing eggs, sperm, or embryos if they plan to delay. Consult a fertility expert if you have been trying to conceive for more than a year, are a woman over 35, have irregular periods, or are aware of any reproductive issues. It’s essential to speak with a fertility specialist if you’re having repeated miscarriages, genetic conditions, or trouble conceiving. Early detection along with advice from a fertility specialist can improve the chances of conception.”
