GUWAHATI, Nov 18: Zubeen Garg’s Kahilipara residence saw continuous public movement on Tuesday, November 18, as fans marked his birth anniversary with visits, songs and brief observances.
People reached the house from early morning and formed queues along the lane leading to the property. A statue of Zubeen Garg was placed beside the Bakul tree in the courtyard, drawing the main focus of visitors.
Individuals placed flowers near the tree, played recordings of his music and submitted written notes for future documentation. His wife Garima Garg, father Kapil Borthakur, and family members stayed at the residence while volunteers managed the flow of visitors.
The residence remained open through the day as people continued to arrive in a steady stream.
