Guwahati, April 18: Number of passengers and air traffic movements showing a sharp rise at Guwahati. Within a span of weeks’ time, air travelers’ number has gone up two fold. In terms of flights, one of the latest additions is the SpiceJet airline.
SpiceJet is one of the largest airlines by number of domestic passengers. Recently the airline has launched a new connectivity from Guwahati to Bengaluru on all weekdays.

The passengers from Guwahati to Bengaluru expressed satisfaction over the enhancement of the flight connecting to Bengaluru. SpiceJet is deploying a narrow-body Boeing aircraft with single class configuration offering 144 seats in economy class. It will be operated on all weekly days.
The inward sector Flight SG- 328 departs Guwahati at 09:45 hours in the morning to Bengaluru and SG- 327 departs Bengaluru at 06:05 hours to Guwahati on every day. However, SpiceJet started to operate the route effective from 11th April, 2022.
