Local Holiday Declared On April 28

DIPHU, April 26: The Governor of Assam Jagdish Mukhi declared a ‘local holiday’ on April 28 within the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh and Karbi Anglong district on account of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to these two places. All state government offices, educational institutions, etc., will remain closed on the day.

The notification was made as per Governor’s order by the General Administrative Department, Govt. of Assam, dated Dispur, the 26th April 2022. No.GAG (A).58/2019/9.
