DIPHU, July 7: In a public notice issued by Tarali Das, secretary, ACS, of the One Man Inquiry Commission under Justice RK Phukan (Retd.), it has been announced that the proposed hearing of the Mukroh firing incident which was scheduled to take place at Assam House, Shillong on July 10 at 10:00 am onwards has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The next date for the hearing will be communicated shortly.
The One Man Inquiry Commission, led by Justice Rumi Kumari Phukan (Retd.), aims to investigate and address pertinent matters of public interest. The postponement of the hearing is a temporary measure necessitated by unforeseen circumstances, and the Commission is committed to rescheduling the hearing as soon as possible.
