Acknowledging the support, Janardhana Dasa, unit president, Akshaya Patra, said, “We are thrilled about this partnership with Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) and immensely grateful to them for donating us the new delivery vehicles. Our collaboration with NRL for the school feeding programme started over 3 years ago and has just strengthened with time. NRL has been supporting Akshaya Patra’s Mid-Day Meal (MDM) Programme implementation for the last 3 years. In the year 2019, they had donated two food delivery vehicles to the foundation’s kitchen in Guwahati, Assam.
