Over Three Hundred People Join AAP In Sivasagar

SIVASAGAR, May 11: Over three hundred people from different levels of life joined the Aam Aadmi Party in Sivasagar, Thowra and Nazira LACs on Tuesday in presence of state co-ordinator (Joint) Lakshmikant Dubey and Sivasagar district coordination committee. Among the joined members, there were large numbers of youths from tea estates, business communities and from non-political spheres.

The meeting in Sivasagar town was held in Barowari Kala Kristi Kendra, AT Road and was presided over by Rupam Jyoti Borgohain. A similar joining programme was held in Demow and Mesagarh.

Dubey criticised the BJP government for observing the anniversary celebrations at a time the youths are looking for a job, the people are yet to get potable water and good schools. Dubey while speaking to media persons said that the AAP will contest every election that will be held in the state from now on.
