HOJAI, May 4:Â A review meeting on flood preparedness was held at SDOs Conference Hall, Hojai on Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by Manas Jyoti Nath, ADC & CEO DDMA, Hojai.
During the meeting, a powerpoint presentation was presented by Dr Miza Md Irshad, project manager ASDM & nodal officer for Hojai. Notably, the nodal officers of all concerned line departments, DPO, FO(DM) of all the revenue circles were also present and discussed the SDRF norms and other issues.
Later, nodal officer, ASDMA along with EE, Water Resource department, Nagaon, DPO, DDMA visited to breach closing work at Dakhin Laskar Pathar of right bank of Kopili Dyke from Kharikhana to Jugijan followed by a visit to Model Relief Camp at Radhanagar Doyamoyee High School, Hojai.
