SIVASAGAR, March 23: In view of the APSC preliminary examinations 2023 to be held on March 26, Sivasagar additional deputy commissioner, Sabyasachi Kashyap through an order on Thursday imposed Section 144 CR PC within the radius of 100 meters around the examination centres in Sivasagar with immediate effect.
The centres are Sibsagar Commerce College, Sivasagar Girls’s College, Fuleswari Girls’ HS School, Thanuram Gogoi HS School, Bezbaruah HS School, Sivasagar Govt HS School and Sibsagar College Jaysagar. Assembly of three or more persons other than candidates and authorised persons in the area is prohibited. Carrying of arms or explosive or obstruction of traffic, illegal parking and use of loudspeakers have been banned in the area.
