State level competition concludes

DEMOW, March 3: Under the patronage of Banamali Dihanaam Team in association with Dehingia, Duwarisiga, and Garukhuti Gaon’s people, the first-ever All Assam State level Women Dihanaam Competition was organised in Bornaam Ghar premises (Dehingia Gaon, Nitaipukhuri, Sivasagar). Munin Borah inaugurated the program. A total of 18 Dihanaam teams participated in the All Assam State level Women Dihanaam Competition, with teams coming from Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Golaghat, and Sivasagar. Satyasandhiya Dihanaam team of Kalugaon Sivasagar secured the first prize, Monikanchan Dihanaam team of Gaurisagar secured the second prize, Monikanchan Dihanaam team Pulibor Jorhat secured the third prize, and Haridhani Dihanaam team secured the fourth prize. The winning teams were awarded cash prizes and certificates. There were prizes for different positions.
