Tezpur University Organises Special Campaign 2.0 For Disposal Of Pending Matters

TEZPUR, Oct 19:
 Tezpur University organised the Special Campaign 2.0 for the disposal of pending matters in line. The Special Campaign 2.0 is being organised in all the ministries/departments of the government of India from October 2 to 31.
The university authorities decided to organise the Special Campaign 2.0 in two phases – the preparatory phase and the implementation phase.

During the preparatory phase, from September 14 to 30, the authorities decided that the university would primarily focus on Swachhata (cleanliness) in offices and the disposal of pending matters during the implementation of the Special Campaign.
It was decided that during the implementation/campaign phase, from October 2 to 31, the office spaces in the administrative building of the university would be cleaned to promote cleanliness and enhance the workplace experience of the staff.

The pending grievances received from CPGRAMS and other platforms will also be addressed during this phase and the redundant scrap materials found on the campus will be disposed of.

The university organised cleanliness drives in the offices of the administrative building during the implementation phase to commemorate Special Campaign 2.0. Various offices, including the store & purchase, establishment, general administration, controller’s office, and finance offices were cleaned. Several files in the offices were shifted to a designated storage area to create more space for the staff.

The Special Campaign 2.0 was a grand success at Tezpur University and the university authorities believe that through this campaign it has been able to promote the ease of living to its stakeholders.
